Purpose and goals
The main goal of the project is to develop professional support for the development of basic abilities of adults. More information about this part of the project can be found here: https://www.acs.si/en/projects/esf-projects/adult-competences-development-2016-2022.
Below we will describe in more detail the activities in the sub-activity 4. This sub-activity is focused on systematic inclusion and further development of self-evaluation in the field of adult education, and includes four tasks with related key objectives:
Below we will describe in more detail the activities in the sub-activity 4. This sub-activity is focused on systematic inclusion and further development of self-evaluation in the field of adult education, and includes four tasks with related key objectives:
- Participation in the development of a national referential framework to assess and ensure quality in the educational field and offering professional support and counselling to education providers.
- Preparation of professional study material for people working in the field of quality within educational organisations.
- Preparation of training programmes to support the development of internal quality systems in adult education organisations.
- Development of an online collection of recommendations, tools and good practices for self-evaluation called QUALITY MOSAIC.
Description
To achieve the key objectives, we defined four tasks with related content indicators:
The task includes the following activities:
- Inclusion of adult education in the collection Indicators of quality in kindergartens and schools.
- Preparation of a comparative overview of indicators included in the collection Indicators of quality in kindergartens and schools and indicators included in the collection Indicators of quality in adult education.
- Development of theoretical background and methodology for the preparation of a national report on quality.
- Participation in other activities related to the preparation and implementation of supporting activities for the establishment of a national quality framework.
The task includes the following activities:
- Development of study materials: Results and effects of adult education
- Development of study materials: What I do as a quality counsellor in adult education
The task includes the following activities:
- Development of a training programme for the establishment and improvement of an internal quality system in adult education organisations.
- Development of a programme to improve the quality of strategic and operational planning in adult education organisations.
The task includes the following activities:
- Development of an online collection of recommendations, tools and good practices for self-evaluation in adult education organisations.
- Improvement and regular content updates of the online collection of recommendations, tools and good practices for self-evaluation in adult education.
Key achievements
Our key achievements in the 2016–2019 period were:
- We included adult education in the Collection of quality indicators in kindergartens and school, more specifically in Areas and standards of quality in kindergartens and schools, p- 6.
- We developed study materials: Results and effects of adult education.
- We developed study materials: What I do as a quality counsellor in adult education.
- We developed an online collection of recommendations, tools and good practices for self-evaluation in adult education organisations – QUALITY MOSAIC.
Current activities
Our current activities are:
