Purpose and goals
The purpose of this project is the improvement on the competences that adult educators urgently need as part of their job, due to constant changes in the nature of their work, which will be achieved through professional training for adult educators.

The key objective of the project as related to the quality of adult educators is to offer basic and advanced training to adult educators (organisers of adult education, teachers, leaders and members of the quality committees, quality counsellors, etc.) who are faced with the issues of defining, evaluating and developing quality as part of their work.
Below we will describe the basic and advanced training for adult educators who participated in the establishment and improvement of internal systems of quality in organisations offering adult education.

The key objective of the project as related to the quality of adult educators is to offer basic and advanced training to adult educators (organisers of adult education, teachers, leaders and members of the quality committees, quality counsellors, etc.) who are faced with the issues of defining, evaluating and developing quality as part of their work.
Below we will describe the basic and advanced training for adult educators who participated in the establishment and improvement of internal systems of quality in organisations offering adult education.
Description
To achieve this key objective, we plan to execute 11 programmes of basic and advanced training for adult educators within the project timeframe:
- Advanced training for quality counsellors I, II, III and IV;
- Basic training programme for the establishment and improvement of an internal quality system in an organisation offering adult education - Quality Mosaic; Module 1: Internal quality systems in an organisation offering adult education I and II;
- Basic training programme for the establishment and improvement of an internal quality system in an organisation offering adult education - Quality Mosaic; Module 7: Defining and measuring effects in an organisation offering adult education I and II;
- Basic training programme for the establishment and improvement of an internal quality system in an organisation offering adult education - Quality Mosaic; Module 2: Regular monitoring of quality and in-depth self-evaluation in an organisation offering adult education;
- Basic training programme for quality counsellors in adult education.
Key achievements
For the part of the project implemented by the SIAE, which includes quality in adult education, our key achievements in 2019 (there was no basic and advanced training for adult educators as part of the project between October and December 2018) were:
- we implemented 3 programmes of basic and advanced training for adult educators: Advanced training for quality counsellors I; Basic training programme for the establishment and improvement of an internal quality system in an organisation offering adult education - Quality Mosaic; Module 1: Internal quality systems in an organisation offering adult education I and II; Basic training programme for the establishment and improvement of an internal quality system in an organisation offering adult education - Quality Mosaic; Module 7: Defining and measuring effects in an organisation offering adult education I;
- which were attended by 65 participants.
