The satisfaction of participants in education is one of the most important indicators when it comes to the evaluation and development of quality in educational organisations. This means that it is very important to be familiar with different options and methods for measuring the satisfaction of articipants and to know how to implement them. The author of the manual presents different definitions of participant satisfaction, which are related to the participants expectations and the importance they give to different quality factors.
